Based in Snohomish County, TerraVista NW is a consulting Civil Engineering firm specializing in site development, public works, and transportation projects.  Working with our clients, we strive to find the best solutions for project needs while keeping costs and time in mind.  

As a dynamic & progressive consulting firm our primary focus is in listening to our clients' needs, while understanding each projects unique issues & challenges; thus developing great solutions while communicating clearly & often with our clients.

 

The firm provides unique design and permitting solutions for a wide range of project types in diverse project locations.  We guide projects through site selection, planning, landuse, permitting, design, and construction, as well as provide third party plan review for quality control or permitting.

TerraVista NW is a federally certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) through OMWBE, as well as registered as a Microbusiness through the State of Washington.  We are able to assist partner firms in meeting diversity goals for public projects.
